PAYMENT TERMS

In order for you to use our TACDIVISION Membership services, you are required to agree to the following fees and cancellations policy.

Our TACDIVISION Membership services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without your modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the TACDIVISION Membership service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

1. Changes to Fees and Cancellations. TACDIVISION reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change the Fees and Cancellations in our sole and absolute discretion. The current published Fees will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the TACDIVISION website or continued use of our service after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

2. Membership Fees. All Membership Fees listed are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. In order for sellers to access and use the TACDIVISION Members Area and services, they must agree to the following subscription-based payment terms:

 

3. Regular Subscription Rates. These rates apply to all members that submit valid payment information such as credit cards, debit cards, and all other accepted and valid forms of payment information. The initial charged fee for service is non-refundable. Yearly subscriptions require a full 12-Month commitment and full payment to gain access into our Members Area. Cancelled prior to the end of the 12-Month subscription period will not be refunded. Note: Subscription fees pay for the right to access the TACDIVISION Members Area and its content. The member is not purchasing any exclusive rights to a Web page or information hosting in the TACDIVISION Members Area. Also, TACDIVISION reserves the right to alter pricing or limit monthly subscriptions based on activity. Subscription fees are for the right to access and are not inclusive of additional product costs.

4. Limited-Time Offers. Our regular subscription fees may not apply to customers who have responded to a promotional offer. If you believe you are subject to any special promotional rates and you have any questions as to the fees that apply to your subscription, please send us your questions and/or concerns via the contact options provided in the Customer Service section.

5. Billing and Expiration Dates. Once the member has paid the 12-Month membership fee, the member will wait for the login details to be approved by TACDIVISION Admin. The date on which the member's login has been approved, is considered to be the subscription "Start Date" and the member will have 365-days remaining to access the TACDIVISION Members Area. Once membership has been approved, an email notification will be sent.

6. Joining Fees. The Joining Fees are applicable to new members, and are only required on the first monthly membership payment before signing up to the Members Area.

7. Renewal Fees. The Renewal Fees are applicable to existing members who are about to or have already expired their membership. Renewal fees may be paid once a membership has expired, there is no time limit imposed on renewing a membership, or in advance, in which case the new 12-Month membership will commence following the last day of the existing membership.

8. Signing Up. Signing up to our Members Area should be done immediately after completing payment. Once payment has been made, and a new sign up request has been submitted, TACDIVISION Admin will aprove your membership and you will have access into the Members Area. Please note: although memberships are usually approved immediately, this process may take up to 24-hours. If you cannot gain access into the Members Area after 24-hours, please contact us.

9. Yearly Subscription Cancellation. A 12-Month subscription account will expire 365-Days after the membership request has been approved. No refund will be issued for a cancellation.

10. Members Responsibility. The member agrees not to assign, transfer or share their login details with any other persons. Doing so will result in a membership cancellation whereby no refund will be granted.

11. Fraudulent Actions. TACDIVISION is not liable for any losses relating to chargebacks, fraudulent charges, or other actions by you or any persons that are deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise invalid ("Fraudulent Actions"). By using the Service, you hereby release TACDIVISION from any liability arising from Fraudulent Actions. You will also use best efforts to promptly notify TACDIVISION of any Fraudulent Actions which may affect the Service. TACDIVISION reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your account if you engage in, or permit any other user or customer to engage in, Fraudulent Actions.

12. Changes to Our Payment Terms. We reserve the right to make changes at any time to this policy and/or to alter the membership fees and pricing of our products. However, if any changes are made to the Pricing Policy, we will post the change notification on the Website and will update this policy accordingly. Your continued use of the Website after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
